ERA is not a rugby club. It's a professional development programme and pathway — giving players access to elite environments, high level coaches, and a pathway to the top of the game.
ERA is a unique professional development programme for U13-U16s. We give players access to the same professional environments, analysis tools, and elite coaching methodologies used by the world's best rugby teams.

A structured, year-round programme designed to take talented players from grassroots to professional environments.
Train and compete at top class facilities — giving players access to the professional environments they need to develop their game.
Learn from coaches who have played and coached at the highest levels of the game — England, Italy, Australia, Jamaica.
Our players go on to represent their clubs, counties, and countries. The pathway is real — and it works.

Nash Cohen
Programme Director — Head of Pathways Jamaica Rugby
At 14, Nash Cohen was told by his coach he would never play professional rugby. Three years later, he signed with London Broncos. That experience — of being underestimated, of finding the right environment — is the foundation of everything ERA stands for.
After a career in business Nash went on to become a coach and rapidly rose through the ranks leading the Middlesex Girls PDG, London Broncos Academy, and now serves as Head Coach and Head of Pathways for Jamaica Rugby. He created ERA to ensure no talented player is ever left behind because they lacked access to the right pathway.

Bryony Cleall
Director of Rugby — England International
Bryony Cleall is one of the most respected figures in women's rugby. A former England international — Bryony overcame 4 knee operations and 5 years out the game to play for her country, her story is one of extraordinary resilience. Most recently finishing her career winning the PWR Cup for the 2nd time with Saracens.
A 3x Six Nations Champion with England and a 2x Premiership winner with Saracens, Bryony created the first girls' state school rugby academy in partnership with Saracens — at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace. At ERA, she leads the women's and girls' pathway, ensuring the next generation of female talent has access to the same elite development opportunities as their male counterparts.
"Women's rugby is growing faster than ever. ERA exists to make sure every girl with the talent and the drive has a real pathway to the top."
