The Elite Rugby Academy is more than just a training ground—it's a launchpad for future rugby stars. We combine world-class coaching with a comprehensive development program that focuses on creating exceptional athletes and outstanding individuals. With a dedicated boys’ and girls’ section, our academy caters to young talents who are serious about their rugby and personal growth. Our elite environment replicates a professional environment, preparing our players for the challenges of top-level competition.

The players in our Programme are recognised as the best in their region, participants receive a variety of our exclusive sportswear AKA The Stash over the course of each season.

Each season is divided into 3 phases: Training; Competition & Transition Phase. Throughout the season, we work with each player in a variety of different ways including:

Player Education
Performance Monitoring
On Field Training
Video Analysis

We manage the above through the use of our exclusive app which gives each player full access to their achievements, records and ongoing work in the programme.

Participants in our programme will receive the Elite Rugby Academy STASH.

At the Academy each player receives an unparalleled level of professional attention that can usually only be experienced in an elite environment. We have assembled a world class coaching team consisting of ex International Players as well as professional pathway coaches who are dedicated to developing not just great players - but more importantly great people.

To be selected as a participant in our programme each player must first be nominated by their club or school coach. They will then be assessed to identify the presence of a strong playing ability, backed up by a positive and growth mindset, which are crucial ingredients to being a part of a programme of this nature.
