ERA Surrey is for U13 to U16 players who want an additional rugby development environment alongside their club commitments. Families across Surrey and South West London can access a structured programme that puts clear feedback, strong fundamentals and better decisions at the heart of development.
Elite rugby development in Surrey
At ERA Surrey, elite coaching is supported by video analysis and coded statistics, strength and conditioning, VALD testing and Player Cards. Each player works in a structured environment that develops technical skill, physical preparation and decision-making, with a clear route towards Premiership academies and ACE rugby opportunities.

Age groups
ERA Surrey is for U13, U14, U15 and U16 boys, plus U14 and U16 girls. Boys and girls train in the ERA pathway, with the girls' pathway led by Bryony Cleall. The programme starts from £79 per month and is designed to complement a player's club rugby while giving them an additional development environment.
