THE ELITE PATHWAY PROGRAMME
The Pathway
to Excellence.
A professional rugby development programme for ambitious U13–U16 players. ERA develops better decision-makers through elite coaching, analysis and professional environments.
Rugby development built around the individual
ERA is not a rugby club. It is a structured development programme that works alongside club rugby. Players receive elite coaching, video analysis and coded statistics, strength and conditioning, VALD testing and Player Cards.
