ERA's North London academy serves players across the northern boroughs of the capital. Our sessions are held at professional-standard facilities, giving players from Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, Hackney, Camden, Finchley, Muswell Hill, Tottenham and surrounding areas access to elite rugby development that was previously only available inside professional clubs.

ERA Durham is a Girls Only academy based at Durham University's Maiden Castle — the Graham Sports Centre. One of the UK's premier university sports facilities, Maiden Castle offers multiple grass and artificial rugby pitches, a full athletics track, a 12-court sports hall and a dedicated strength and conditioning suite. Female players from Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle, Gateshead, Middlesbrough, Darlington and across the North East now have access to an elite development pathway with real progression routes into the PWR, university rugby and the England pathway.

Players from Stourport, Kidderminster, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Bewdley, Droitwich, Pershore, Tenbury Wells and across Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands now have access to an elite rugby development pathway — the same coaching standards, video analysis, S&C programming and pathway to Premiership academies as every ERA location.

ERA Brighton is based at Cardinal Newman Catholic School in Hove — home of the Newman Rugby Academy, an established ACE (Academy of College Excellence) programme competing at the highest level of college rugby in England. The site features a 3G artificial pitch and strong rugby infrastructure. Players from Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Eastbourne, Lewes, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Crawley and across East and West Sussex now have access to an elite development programme with a genuine pathway to Premiership academies and beyond.

ERA Colchester is based at Colchester RFC's home ground at Raven Park, part of the Northern Sports Park on Cuckoo Farm Way — one of the best club rugby venues in the East of England. The modern facility, opened in 2020, features two AGP pitches, seven grass pitches, a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a covered balcony overlooking the main pitch, and full strength and conditioning facilities. Players from Colchester, Ipswich, Chelmsford, Braintree, Sudbury, Clacton and across Essex and East Anglia now have access to an elite development pathway that provides a genuine route to the top of the game.
