ERA's North London academy serves players across the northern boroughs of the capital. Our sessions are held at professional-standard facilities, giving players from Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, Hackney, Camden, Finchley, Muswell Hill, Tottenham and surrounding areas access to elite rugby development that was previously only available inside professional clubs.

ERA's West London academy is based at Wasps FC, Twyford Avenue Sports Ground in Acton — a professional rugby venue. Players from Ealing, Hammersmith, Hounslow, Chiswick, Shepherd's Bush, Fulham, Putney, Brentford, Southall and across West London have access to elite coaching, video analysis and a clear pathway to Premiership academies.

ERA's Surrey academy provides elite rugby development for players across the county and into South West London. Players from Guildford, Woking, Reigate, Redhill, Epsom, Kingston, Richmond, Wimbledon, Sutton, Croydon and surrounding areas benefit from the same professional coaching methods and environments used by the world's best rugby teams.

ERA's Kent academy is based at Ravens Wood School, Bromley — a well-connected venue giving players from across Kent and South East London access to elite rugby development. Players from Bromley, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Dartford, Tonbridge, Gravesend, Chatham and Rochester can all reach us without having to travel into the capital.

ERA's Milton Keynes academy serves players across the South Midlands and surrounding areas. Players from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Bletchley, Wolverton and the wider area now have access to an elite rugby development pathway that bridges the gap between grassroots rugby and professional academies.

ERA Durham is a Girls Only academy based at Durham University's Maiden Castle — the Graham Sports Centre. One of the UK's premier university sports facilities, Maiden Castle offers multiple grass and artificial rugby pitches, a full athletics track, a 12-court sports hall and a dedicated strength and conditioning suite. Female players from Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle, Gateshead, Middlesbrough, Darlington and across the North East now have access to an elite development pathway with real progression routes into the PWR, university rugby and the England pathway.

ERA's Midlands academy is based at Stourport High School & Sixth Form, Minster Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire — a well-equipped secondary school venue in the heart of the Midlands. Players from Stourport, Kidderminster, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Bewdley, Droitwich, Pershore, Tenbury Wells and across Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands now have access to an elite rugby development pathway — the same coaching standards, video analysis, S&C programming and pathway to Premiership academies as every ERA location.

ERA Brighton is based at Cardinal Newman Catholic School in Hove — home of the Newman Rugby Academy, an established ACE (Academy of College Excellence) programme competing at the highest level of college rugby in England. The site features a 3G artificial pitch and strong rugby infrastructure. Players from Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Eastbourne, Lewes, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Crawley and across East and West Sussex now have access to an elite development programme with a genuine pathway to Premiership academies and beyond.

ERA Colchester is based at Colchester RFC's home ground at Raven Park, part of the Northern Sports Park on Cuckoo Farm Way — one of the best club rugby venues in the East of England. The modern facility, opened in 2020, features two AGP pitches, seven grass pitches, a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a covered balcony overlooking the main pitch, and full strength and conditioning facilities. Players from Colchester, Ipswich, Chelmsford, Braintree, Sudbury, Clacton and across Essex and East Anglia now have access to an elite development pathway that provides a genuine route to the top of the game.
