Chan Cathline Selected for England Red Roses U18

Huge congratulations to Chan Cathline — selected for the England Red Roses U18 squad.

Chan has been with the Elite Rugby Academy since the very beginning. She is one of the players who helped define what ERA's Girls' Pathway is about — relentless work ethic, discipline, and an unwavering belief in the process.

This wasn't luck. It was earned — through relentless work ethic, discipline, and belief. The ERA Way. The unseen hours. The daily commitment. The choice to get better, every single day. That work has been recognised — and we couldn't be prouder. This is just the beginning.

Chan's selection is a reminder of what the ERA pathway is designed to produce. Not just better rugby players — but players who are ready for the demands of representative rugby at the highest levels.

Our Elite Programme isn't for everyone. It's for players who want to become the best versions of themselves and are prepared to put in the effort. Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard.
