Two of ERA's own coaches — Chantelle Miell and Grace Crompton — are currently representing Great Britain Women's Sevens on the HSBC SVNS World Series.

Last weekend they competed at the Vancouver Sevens (7–8 March), and this weekend they line up again at the New York Sevens (14–15 March) at Sports Illustrated Stadium. Both players are part of a 13-strong GB Women's squad that includes Olympic experience, with Grace returning to the Series alongside captain Abbie Brown and Heather Cowell.

"We are incredibly proud to have coaches of this calibre working with ERA players every week. Seeing Chantelle and Grace represent their country on the world stage is a reminder of the standard ERA coaches bring to every session — and the pathway that is possible for our players."

— Nash Cohen, Founder & Director of Rugby

This is what makes ERA different. Our coaches aren't just experienced — they are active international players. They bring the demands, the standards, and the mindset of elite rugby into every ERA session.
