Bryony Cleall, 3x Six Nations Champion with England and ERA's Director of Rugby for the Women's and Girls' Pathway, is forming new girls' squads across several academy locations for 2025–26.
ERA is committed to ensuring female players have access to the same elite development opportunities as their male counterparts. New girls' squads are now forming across several of ERA's academy locations for the 2025–26 season.

Leading the Girls' Pathway is Bryony Cleall — 3x Six Nations Champion with England Women, 2x Premiership winner with Saracens, and ERA's Director of Rugby for the Women's and Girls' Pathway. Bryony overcame 4 knee operations and 5 years out of the game to play for her country — her story is one of extraordinary resilience. She created the first girls' state school rugby academy in partnership with Saracens, at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace, and brings those same standards to ERA's girls' programme.

"The opportunity that exists for female players in rugby right now is enormous. The professional game is growing fast, the pathways are clearer than they've ever been, and the standard of coaching available at ERA is as good as anything in the country. We want every talented female player to know that ERA is for them."
— Bryony Cleall, Director of Rugby — Women's & Girls' Pathway
ERA's Girls' Pathway is open to players aged U13–U18. Squads are currently forming at multiple locations across London and the Home Counties. Any female player who wants to develop their game in a professional environment is encouraged to register their interest.
