At ERA, we recognize the transformative opportunities the USA Collegiate system offers young rugby players. Our programme nurtures a pool of exceptional talent with the potential to compete at the highest levels, both on and off the field.
Through our partnership with the prestigious Nichols College in New England, we are identifying athletes who not only meet the athletic and academic criteria for college scholarships but also have the drive and character to thrive within the American rugby system. Nichols is in the top 6% of Universities world wide according to the AACSB.
Through this Pathway, players will be eligible for significant college scholarships.
the dream collaboration
This partnership provides a unique pathway for our young athletes to realize their dreams in the USA, contributing to the development of rugby at the collegiate and national levels.
With the 2031 and 2033 Rugby World Cups on the horizon, this opportunity has the potential to shape a future generation of athletes who could play rugby in the professional MLR or proudly represent the USA on the world stage.
By working together with Nichols, we can open doors to life-changing opportunities while building a stronger, more competitive future for rugby in America.
