ERA's inaugural US Pathway Talent ID Camp — held at Wasps FC in February 2026 — was led by Alex Corbisiero, former British & Irish Lion and England Front Row prop. One of the most respected figures in world rugby.
Players aged 14–17 trained across two days under elite coaching, were assessed by ASM recruitment specialists, and the standout performers were recommended directly to US college programmes. This is not a showcase. This is a genuine Talent ID process.
